Frequently asked questions
Useful to know before we connect anything.
Clear answers about roles, tools, approvals, communication, and the first step.
01Is this just a chatbot?+
A managed AI employee owns a defined recurring responsibility across approved tools. It can monitor work, prepare outputs, maintain records, and escalate decisions according to agreed boundaries.
02Will it replace our staff?+
The aim is to add focused capacity around recurring work. People remain responsible for judgement, relationships, and important decisions. Many useful roles combine AI preparation with human approval.
03Can it work with our existing software?+
Usually, yes. We assess the available APIs, integrations, and access controls before confirming the implementation. Highly customised software without a usable connection may require additional work.
04Can it speak Singlish anot?+
Yes. The communication style is configurable. Internal updates can use light conversational Singlish, while customer-facing, formal, or sensitive work follows the professional voice you approve.
05Will customers know they are speaking with AI?+
Identity and disclosure rules are defined with you. We do not design agents to mislead people or impersonate employees.
06What remains under human control?+
Your team defines the boundaries. Public communication, payments, access changes, sensitive cases, and unusual exceptions can remain approval-gated.
07How quickly can we start?+
Timing depends on the role, access, and systems involved. The introduction call identifies whether the opportunity is clear enough to scope directly or should begin with an assessment.
